You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use iPAYUNG. Account holders found to be underage will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated bonuses will be voided without notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Misuse of promotional offers — including bonus abuse or collusion — will result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. iPAYUNG will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method.
iPAYUNG reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", the "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and iPAYUNG (hereinafter referred to as "iPAYUNG", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and live casino platform accessible at ipayung.cam (the "Platform").
By registering an account on iPAYUNG, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using any service provided by iPAYUNG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
Important: iPAYUNG is an online gambling platform. Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. These services are strictly for players aged 21 years and above only.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

| Bonus Balance | Promotional credits credited to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance or withdrawal. |
| Wagering Requirement | The total amount of bets a Member must place using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x). |
| KYC | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Members prior to processing withdrawals or at iPAYUNG's discretion. |
| Prohibited Activity | Any act or omission that violates these Terms, applicable law, or iPAYUNG's operational policies, as detailed in Section 9 of these Terms. |
| MYR | Malaysian Ringgit — the sole base currency of the Platform for all deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and wagers. |

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied. iPAYUNG reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension or closure.
Age Verification: iPAYUNG actively verifies the age of all registered Members. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your Account will be immediately and permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (minus any withdrawals made), and no winnings will be paid.
To access the Services, you must register a single Account on the Platform by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. You may not register multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, iPAYUNG reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts without notice, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and retain any deposits as an administrative fee to cover investigation costs.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify iPAYUNG immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. iPAYUNG will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. iPAYUNG will send a notification to the registered email address prior to applying dormancy status. Dormant Account balances may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of up to MYR 30 until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.
iPAYUNG is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its obligations to maintain a secure and compliant gaming environment. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal request, or following any suspicious activity flagged by our compliance team.
To complete KYC verification, Members are typically required to submit one or more of the following:
iPAYUNG aims to process completed KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours. iPAYUNG reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification at its sole discretion. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
All documentation is processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store document images beyond the period required for regulatory purposes.
iPAYUNG accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks), Visa and Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
iPAYUNG offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:
iPAYUNG operates a four-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP Royal). Tier progression is based on monthly net deposit thresholds. VIP benefits, including cashback, birthday bonuses, withdrawal priority, and dedicated account management, are subject to the VIP Programme terms published on the Platform and may be revised at any time.
All bets placed on iPAYUNG are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the specific game or event rules, the specific rules shall prevail.
A bet is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed and allocated a unique Bet Reference Number by the Platform. iPAYUNG reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) a system error has resulted in an incorrect price or odds being displayed; (b) the event or market has been suspended; (c) the bet exceeds applicable maximum stake limits; or (d) iPAYUNG suspects fraudulent intent or misuse.
Bets may be declared void under the following circumstances: event cancellation, postponement beyond the settlement period, an obvious error in published odds (palpable error), or where the outcome of a bet is directly influenced by match-fixing or corrupt conduct. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. iPAYUNG's decision regarding settlement of any disputed bet is final and binding. Settlement of Liga Super Malaysia matches follows the Malaysian Football League's official declarations. EPL and international fixtures are settled based on confirmed full-time results including any awarded goals.
Live betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. iPAYUNG cannot guarantee the continuous availability of any live market. Bets placed on live events are settled on the official result, regardless of any in-play statistics displayed on the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable:

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual content, interface design, and compiled data (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by or licensed to iPAYUNG and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and database rights.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Content without iPAYUNG's prior written consent.
The iPAYUNG name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of iPAYUNG. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence to use iPAYUNG's trademarks without express written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iPAYUNG, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
iPAYUNG's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
iPAYUNG does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions; (b) the Platform will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities; (c) any information provided on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current; or (d) the Platform will meet your individual requirements or expectations.
Nothing in this clause limits iPAYUNG's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
iPAYUNG reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or abuse; failure to complete KYC; provision of false information; or where required by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
Upon termination of an Account: (a) all pending bets will be voided and returned at stake value unless settlement is already confirmed; (b) any Bonus Balance will be forfeited; (c) Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC and any required investigation; (d) your licence to access the Platform will immediately cease.
Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. All pending wagering activity must be settled before closure is finalised. Remaining Real Money Balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which iPAYUNG holds its operating licence.
In the event of any dispute between you and iPAYUNG arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a recognised arbitration body, whose decision shall be final and binding.
Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is governed by the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953, Betting Act 1953, and related legislation, and that it is the player's sole responsibility to determine the lawfulness of accessing the Platform from their jurisdiction.
iPAYUNG reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, iPAYUNG will notify registered Members by email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or to address an immediate security concern.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.3. All historical versions of these Terms are archived and available upon request.
